When purchasing in product or service from Alyssa McDowell, LLC you agree to the following terms: The United States of America currently has no licensing policy in regard to Sound or Reiki Energy Healing, and Alyssa McDowell is not a licensed Medical Doctor or therapist. Alyssa McDowell does not deal with drugs, nor does she issue a diagnosis or suggest cures.
Clients/customers agree to make their own choices as to what they do with the educational material they have been offered and are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions. Clients are encouraged to seek out the advice of a licensed health care professional whenever they feel it is necessary in regards to their own personal health, especially with serious conditions. Clients need to consult with their physician and get approval to attend healing sessions if they have metal in their bodies, suffered concussions, have a pacemaker, use an insulin pump, and the like. If in doubt, consult your physician before our time together.

By participating in any product or service I agree to understand that Reiki practitioners, sound healers, psychics, or the like do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki, Sound Healing, or Meditation does not take the place of medical care. I understand that Reiki, Sound Healing, and Meditation can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
I agree that Alyssa McDowell or Alyssa McDowell, LLC cannot be held liable for any problems that might arise that I think could be attributed to any energy or healing work I participated in. I have stated all of my known medical conditions to Alyssa McDowell and if necessary I will keep her updated on my physical, mental, and emotional health. I acknowledge that Alyssa McDowell practices for the purpose of providing mental/emotional/physical and spiritual support multiple techniques. I attest that I understand the nature of the session and freely elect to receive the techniques. I release Alyssa McDowell and Alyssa McDowell, LLC from any and all claims of malpractice, non-disclosure, or lack of informed consent.

Cancelation, Return, and Refund Policy
All purchases and service sales are final. No refunds will be given to cancelations via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, cash, or otherwise. If you do not appear within the first 8 minutes of your appointment time, you will be considered a 'no show' and your service will be canceled. You will not be eligible for a refund. Absolutely no refunds will be given after a service of any kind has been fulfilled.
