A 20-minute guided meditation with no prompts from your facilitator. Alyssa will lead you into the meditation with some gentle breath exercises, though the rest of the meditation you’ll just hear the calming music. There will not be reminders to pull back your focus. You will be free to explore and cultivate your own meditation experience without distractions or interruptions. Once the 20-minute mark as been reached, Alyssa will guide you back softly into the present moment.
