Join us for an evening of self-care and relaxation with a virtual group event. Virtual Healing Hour is a monthly free virtual event hosted for Alyssa's community!

Join the group in the meeting link at the scheduled time, cameras are optional. Alyssa will give a brief introduction of what to expect during the healing, before beginning calming meditation music to help you get into the right frame of mind to receive the healing energies. Expect the healings to be different each month, the formats varying between:

• Long guided meditations working alongside the healing

• Short guided meditations with a more relaxing, quiet healing

• Music only while you receive reiki, followed by collective channeled messages
