Cancellation Policy

All purchases and service sales are final. No refunds will be given to cancelations via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, cash, or otherwise. If your appointment is in-person or via a virtual meeting room (Google Meet or Zoom) and you do not appear within the first 5 minutes of your appointment time, you will be considered a 'no show' and your service will be canceled. You will not be eligible for a refund. Absolutely no refunds will be given after a service of any kind has been fulfilled. All information shared is provided in good faith.
